IT SERVICE
Managed IT and Everyday Support
We provide ongoing support for your agreed users, devices, Microsoft 365 and other in-scope systems: the laptop that's running slow, the new starter who needs access sorted before their first day, the printer that stops responding on a Monday morning. We'd rather catch these early than wait for the next outage.Ongoing IT support for users, devices and the systems your business relies on.
Your arrangement names the users, devices and systems we look after, which means it also names the ones we don't. A laptop bought in a hurry, a personal phone carrying the mailbox or an application nobody mentioned isn't covered by silence. Tell us about it and we'll add it, because the alternative is finding out during an incident.
Sound familiar?
- Recurring IT interruptions
- Unclear ownership of devices and systems
- Support that only begins after something fails
What we look after
- Remote and phone support in business hours
- User, device and Microsoft 365 administration
- Authorised onboarding, role changes and offboarding
- Endpoint management, standard patching and routine maintenance where included
- Selected endpoint-protection and backup-service administration
- Useful documentation and authorised vendor coordination
Who this suits
Usually a business that's outgrown calling someone when things break, but doesn't want its own IT department. It suits anyone moving away from ad-hoc support who wants clear ownership of users, devices, licences and routine care.
Clear scope before technical work
We begin by understanding the environment and agreeing what we'll support. From there, patches get applied on a schedule instead of whenever someone remembers, and a request doesn't sit unanswered because nobody's sure whose job it is. Onboarding, remediation, major changes and out-of-scope work are discussed and agreed separately.
A regular fee, and quotes for the rest
Ongoing support has a regular monthly fee, usually worked out per user, so you know what the regular bill will be. Projects, hardware and anything outside your agreement are quoted and agreed before we start.
